Policies

Private Lessons:

Private lessons are sold in packages of 3 or 6 lessons meeting once a week. Meeting once a week is best for the dog and their learning so we can catch any potential bad habits before they begin. Payment for entire program is required at the first lesson.

Private Lessons not at VanNuil Canine: Cancellations without prior trainer approval will result in forfeiture of that lesson. Rescheduling of lessons is done only in extreme cases. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case by case basis.

Once a program of private lessons has started the remaining lessons can’t be postponed to a later date.

Private Lessons at VanNuil Canine: Payment is required to reserve your private lesson appointment. Cancellations more than 48hrs prior the scheduled lesson will be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations less than 48hrs prior will not be refunded. Private lessons postponed due to weather or trainer absence will be rescheduled or refunded.

Group Classes:

Payment is required to reserve your spot in a group class. Group class cancellations with a refund minus a 10% processing fee are only allowed more than 7 days prior to the start date of a group class. Refunds will not be given for any missed classes due to personal reasons. Classes postponed due to weather or trainer absence will be rescheduled.

Workshops:

Payment is required to reserve your spot in a workshop. Cancellations prior to 7 days prior to the workshop wil recieve a refund. Cancellations less than 7 days prior will recieve a refund only if I can fill your spot. Workshops postponed due to weather or trainer absence will be rescheduled or refunded.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates expire one calendar year from time of purchase. Gift certificates can only be used in our normal service area. Extra fees may apply for gift certificates used outside of our normal service area or past expiration date.
